Businesses listed on Found in Cabo are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information. Found in Cabo reserves the right to remove or modify listings that violate our content standards or these Terms.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid listing plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Business Portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at info@foundincabo.com.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on Found in Cabo, including text, images, and design, is the property of Found in Cabo or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute content without our express written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Found in Cabo makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any listing information.
7. Limitation of Liability
Found in Cabo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
